This Turks and Caicos villa and prime site used to be known as "Smith House", but it burned many years ago and the present house was built in 1999 and completely renovated in 2016. Houses are no longer allowed to be built this close to the beach in the Turks and Caicos Islands, but this house was allowed to be rebuilt on the original site right at the sands edge.

Right in front of Beach Villa Sandstone is famous Smith's Reef, a colorful tropical reef teeming with abundant sea life. Here you can simply wade out from shore and snorkel on one of the best reefs in the Turks and Caicos Islands. By the way, the Turks and Caicos Islands have one of the largest coral reef systems in the world!

Beach Villa Sandstone is completely surrounded by a shaded deck. You can spend your vacation relaxing on your deck and see and hear the waves lap right in front of you. You can also walk to dive operations, fishing charters, limited shopping, and activities around Turtle Cove, its marina and Yacht Club.

Note: with the coral reef so close to the shore, a strip of rock exists between the sandy beach and the water. We suggest wearing water shoes as the rock can sometimes be slippery. The rocky strip ends about 50 yards to the right.
