This Turks and Caicos vacation villa rental has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, private freshwater swimming pool and occupies an enviable location right on world-famous Grace Bay Beach. Reef Pearl can be rented as a 2-bedroom or 3-bedroom Caribbean holiday villa all year round.
The location of this Turks and Caicos vacation villa rental is absolutely perfect for family vacations. If your idea of paradise is a powder-white, sandy beach with warm, crystal clear sea, then you've found it at Reef Pearl. Right in front of the house you can just turn to the left for superb snorkelling on Smith's Reef or turn to the right and walk for miles and miles along stunning Grace Bay Beach.
The Turtle Cove Marina with numerous restaurants and water activities (deep sea fishing, reef fishing, bone fishing, sail and powerboat charters, SCUBA, glass bottom boat, submarine, parasailing etc.) is only a short walk or very short drive away from Reef Pearl.
Reef Pearl has a private freshwater swimming pool, a hot tub, and beautifully manicured tropical garden. playground for kids, pool table, hot tub, and beautifully manicured tropical gardens. This Turks and Caicos villa rental has a games room including a pool table and ping pong (table tennis). Guests at Reef Pearl can also enjoy the kayaks (one 1-seater and one 2-seater) and a range of pool and snorkelling equipment.
This Turks and Caicos villa rental has two very distinct living spaces with separate entrances. An exterior staircase leads to the upper level with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully-equipped kitchen and open-concept living room and dining room. The upper level of Reef Pearl has a large wrap-around porch.
On the upper level the master suite has a king sized bed and bathroom with shower. The second bedroom on the upper level is spacious with a king sized bed and a queen sized bed with a twin bunk bed above it. This bedroom would be great as a family or kids room.
The beach level of Reef Pearl is a one bedroom apartment with a separate entrance. The beach level of this Turks and Caicos villa rental also has a small kitchen and living room and the living room includes a 60" flat screen TV. The bedroom has a king-size bed and private bathroom.
A great recreation space with a pool table, water equipment, and lots of toys and games for both adults and children is also at beach level. Reef Pearl is the perfect choice for an active family vacation or a relaxing beach holiday.

Bedroom 2: Upper level, one king-size bed, a queen sized bed with a twin bunk bed above it, modern en-suite bathroom and flat screen TV.
Bedroom 3: Beach level, king-size bed plus additional twin and a private, en-suite bathroom.
There is an additional sofa bed available on each level.

- Minimum 7 nights stay.
- Reservations are Saturday to Saturday with exceptions sometimes being made for very short notice bookings.
- The air conditioning is metered in order to discourage use with the doors and windows open. You are not charged for the first $150 per week in usage, after which you will be charged at the current rate per kilowatt hour.
- There is an additional flat fee of $100 per week if guests wish to use the hot tub.
- All rates are subject to change until confirmed.
