Originally known as Azur Reve (Blue Dream), this Caribbean villa has been thoughtfully renovated after hurricane Irma. The original charm has been maintained, but the style has been tastefully updated. Hidden behind a magnificent old Caribbean stone wall, Azur Dream is as enchanting outside as it is inside. The stone paved courtyard is filled with tropical trees and handcrafted, plant filled pots creating a serene and relaxing environment that leads you into the main living area.

As you enter this St Martin villa rental be ready for a panoramic view and a profusion of colours and textures. The blues of the Caribbean Sea and tropical sky are accented by white clouds and Anguilla’s green silhouette in the distance. The colourful sunsets provide the perfect backdrop for evening entertainment.

Azur Dream is a stylish mix of Mediterranean, North African and Caribbean influence with cooling shades of white accented with contemporary and tribal touches with rich textures and patterns. Some teak and driftwood furniture and accessories add warmth to the ambiance. Oversized, light, cream tiles flow throughout the interiors and exteriors creating a restful unity.

This modern Caribbean villa combines five main living spaces; the Great Room, upper level bedroom wing, lower level apartment, swimming pool, exterior dining/lounging areas and even a gym. The spacious Great Room is a very comfortable living and entertaining, combining a lounge area with Smart TV, Dish TV, Netflix and a sound system plus a sleek, modern kitchen and dining area.

Outside there are spacious areas for relaxing, swimming and dining 'al fresco'. The custom swimming pool has a gentle, sloping decent, which is great for children and anyone with mobility problems. There are plenty of spaces to lounge, relax, enjoy the view and and soak up the Caribbean sun.

A beautiful, little gym sits on a stone platform on the lower level. The gyms’s walls are constructed of beautifully restored, old Caribbean mahogany louver doors that are part of the old Azur Reve and have been beautifully restored.

Although Azur Dream is wonderfully secluded, you are close to everything St Martin has to offee. You are only a two minute drive away from Baie Rouge Beach and just a few minutes more to Baie Nettle food and shopping scene. It’s only 5 minutes to the airport and in 10 minute you’re in the French capital of Marigot with restaurants, shops and galleries and historic buildings. You can also drive 25 minutes to Grand Case and Philipsburg for shopping and dining.

Azur Dream has a total of seven bedrooms with king size beds and private bathrooms. Five of the bedrooms are on the upper level, one has a separate outside entrance. Two of the bedrooms are on the lower level with a separate kitchen/dining area. Each of the bathroom is a relaxing symphony of colour and texture with stone, natural tiles, woods and stainless steel.
