As you drive through the large grey gates of Casa Cervo, the third to last home from the far west end of Baie Rouge Beach, you enter a perfectly manicured garden oasis. The circular driveway offers plenty of parking and leads to the main walk-up entrance to the villa (14 stairs to be exact).

As you enter this Saint Martin holiday villa you’re drawn forward by the sea views and sounds. You find yourself in the center of the u-shaped layout of Casa Cervo – 3 equal bedrooms on the right, kitchen, dining room, living room along the back facing the sea, and the master bedroom to the left.

A classic rectangular swimming pool with wide stair entry centers the large wooden deck. The deck continues along a path to a private gate with direct access to Bair Rouge Beach, Saint Martin – or if you prefer to be close to the beach without your feet in the sand you can enjoy the large gazebo with comfortable seating areas and a view to die for!
