We played pool, ping pong, corn hole, swam in the pool, played tennis and enjoyed the numerous sitting areas. Obviously the best of the best was the amazing 81 degree water with its incredible clarity! Everyone was thrilled with the ocean and we enjoyed it nearly every day as weather allowed!! We paddle boarded with the furnished paddle boards and rented jet skis. We had two young children – 3 and 6 – the area of water in front of the villa was exceptionally safe for them – it was shallow and not at all dangerous!!

Jojo and Maya were an additional bonus!! Jojo was always available and very accommodating. Maya was our chef for our ten days – she is a real joy to work with!!

Our vacation was enjoyable, the accommodations were beyond comfortable and the lightning and thunder storms were fantastic!!!

This villa is high end with full amenities very comparable to resorts but much quieter and more private. The beach here is beautiful and the rooms and interior are beautiful. We plan on being back next year.

I loved everything about Three Dolphins Villa! We spent a week at the villa with extended family and friends to celebrate a very special birthday. Our two bedroom suite was located across the breezeway from the main house. It was complete with two bathrooms ... Read moreand all you would need from WiFi, toiletries, safety deposit box, and a hairdryer. The kitchen, which was fully equipped, was part of an open concept area with dinning and living rooms. This allowed us to have breakfast and quiet time on our own but easily go out to join the others at the villa as we wanted.
Throughout the week we all enjoyed lunch and dinner together on the very long and comfortably furnished, portico which has a wonderful view of the ocean and beach, directly below us. JoJo the property manager was available to assist individuals in many ways and together with Maya, the cook, made sure all meals, which were delicious and plentiful, were served in a timely and gracious manner. We were a large group occupying all of the main villa rooms and suites as well as the pool and gate houses. We ranged in age from 2 to 70+ and we all had plenty of things to do all week either at the villa itself or in other parts of the island. The facilities on site are amazing from perfect direct access to the ocean beach, one like no other on the island, a first class pool and tennis court and plenty of sitting and relaxing areas, on the beach and throughout the property. All this allowed us to gather and socialize or just do our own thing. The younger folk made trips to other parts of the island for snorkelling, fishing, kite surfing and spa activities to list just a few. Our week ended with a glorious party which the villa property accommodated exceptionally well by allowing the set up and easy flow of partiers through separate bar, dinning, and dancing areas, all outdoors under a beautiful moonlit sky. Our family enjoyed at least 800 yards of private beach. The villa is well equipped and the staff led by Jojo works very hard to make your stay memorable. Our family cannot wait for the opportunity to come back to TCI and the villa. If you like the Outerbanks my suggestion would be to skip a year and treat your family to the Three Dolphins Villa. From the moment you drive in, you are welcomed by the lush and colourful gardens, commonly found at the most luxurious resorts.

Once inside you quickly realize that there isn’t one bad view in the entire villa. A seemingly endless series of sliding glass doors, which are found in every room, provide breathtaking views of the most turquoise waters you will ever see, and lead to a covered patio which runs the entire length of the villa! At one end, there is a private outdoor dining area, and at the other you are beckoned by the villa pool, adorned with the Three Dolphins statue. Take the short walk down the path to your very private beach and while away the hours sunbathing on the powder-like sand and swimming in the crystal clear water. On your way back to the villa, stop off at the private outdoor shower, nestled in the lava rock, and rinse off the salt and sand before heading up to enjoy a delicious lunch or read a book on one of the many outdoor chaise lounges.

The athletes in the family can practice their forehand on the club-quality tennis court, which is lit for night play, or slip out the gate onto the gravel roads for a good morning run. Life inside the villa can be as private or social as you wish, as each beautifully appointed suite has its own access from the main entrance, as well as the beach. The Great Room has everything you need to prepare and enjoy a big family meal, as well as plenty of room to watch a movie, play games or plan out the day!

Whether you decide to dine in or at one of the many top-rated restaurants Providenciales has to offer, everything is a short drive away. Staying at this private piece of paradise makes you feel like you’re the only people on the island, yet all the luxuries you could desire are a stone’s throw away! This vacation has left an indelible impression on me and I can’t wait to go back!

Read more9 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, 4 kitchens, large swimming pool, tennis court and all set in 2 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens with 220 feet (67m) of beach frontage!

The covered terrace wraps around from the guest house, past the main house, all the way to the pool area and is no less than 165 feet (50m) long. It would take Usain Bolt at least 5 seconds to sprint from one end to the other! It isn’t just the size of it that’s impressive. It’s also very comfortably furnished with solid wood furnishings and soft cushions. To top it all off, it’s beachfront and provides stunning views of Long Bay Beach and the ocean. No matter how large your party, there is plenty of room for everyone and everyone can find their own personal space at Three Dolphins Villa.

The 42 feet (12.8m) freshwater swimming pool is another highlight. There’s a row of silver palm trees down one side of the swimming pool which cast an incredibly peaceful and relaxing light with the sun behind them in the afternoon.

In summary... it was hard to leave... really hard! But we definitely hope to return... the sooner the better!

Or that you can walk on the beach barefoot for an hour and a half and not see another person! It is so serene and relaxing. We had a large group of people, and everyone could find their own place to play games, play tennis, sit at the pool or beach or quietly read away from others. The kitchen is very well stocked, if you choose to cook. The recommendations from the owners of which restaurants to go to were perfect. They were also very accommodating in answering any questions of what to do, which boat service, fishing guide, chef, grocery stores... The distance to shopping and restaurants is only about 10 minutes for most places. The island is really wonderful to explore. I would recommend this spectacular villa to everyone!!
