Conched Out Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Conched Out villa has a total of 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. Four spacious bedrooms are located on the main floor, three of which feature king-size beds and flat-screen TVs, ocean views, and en-suite bathrooms. The fourth bedroom has twin beds (can also be configured as a king) and a bathroom just across the hall. The three ground level bedrooms all offer queen-size beds. Two have en-suite bathrooms and the third has a bathroom just across the hall.
Bedroom 1 (Master): on the second floor, has a king-size bed, private en-suite bathroom, TV, and patio.
Bedroom 2: on the second floor, has a king-size or twin beds, with bathroom across the hall and TV.
Bedroom 3: on the second floor, has a king size bed, private en-suite bathroom, TV, and patio.

- The Turks and Caicos government requires that 12% tax be paid on all vacation villa rentals and this cost must be added to your final payment.
- Minimum 7 nights stay.
- Rentals are offered on a Saturday to Saturday basis with exceptions sometimes being made for very short notice bookings.
- Electricity is metered in order to discourage A/C use with doors and windows open, thus eliminating the need for a higher rental rate to cover AC wastage. An electricity allowance of $600 per week is included in the rental rate, guests will be charged actual cost for usage beyond the $600 allowance. Guests will be shown the electric meter upon check in.
- Conched Out features an optional pool heater and guests may split the $600 A/C allowance between air conditioning and pool heating. Electricity is metered and will be shown upon check-in.
