Miami Vice One is the perfect choice for a couple who appreciate contemporary luxury and personal space. With breathtaking views of Sapodilla Bay, Providenciales (Provo), Turks and Caicos Islands, this one bedroom, duplex, oceanfront villa has an extra large, diminishing edge swimming pool and private oceanfront access to the crystal clear sea.

Sapodilla Bay is one of the most beautiful and peaceful on Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands. Between the villa's extra large, freshwater swimming pool and Sapodilla Bay Beach - only a couple of minutes walk away - guests will find a number of great spots for swimming, sunbathing, and just relaxing.

The Miami Vice villas - Miami Vice One and its 2-bedroom neighbour Miami Vice Two - feature a gated, driveway entrance and wall between the swimming pools to ensure the privacy of guests at both villas. Kayaks and paddle boards are shared between the two villas, so guests may enjoy the shore and catch a glimpse of colourful fish in the warm and crystal clear sea.

These beautiful Caribbean holiday villas have lush, manicured landscaping and palm trees. Las Brisas restaurant is within walking distance, but there are many other restaurants, grocery stores and shopping about 15-20 minutes drive away.

Miami Vice One has an open-concept living room and kitchen on the ground floor, which opens onto a covered patio and spacious pool terrace. There is also a powder room on the ground floor. The upper floor has an open-concept master bedroom with luxurious bathroom. You can quite literally soak in the bathtub while enjoying the view or even a stunning Caribbean sunset.

NOTES:

The Turks and Caicos government requires that 12% tax be paid on all vacation villa rentals and this cost must be added to your final payment.
A cleaning fee of $235 is added to the above rates.
Minimum 7 nights stay.
Rentals are offered on a Saturday to Saturday basis with exceptions sometimes being made for very short notice bookings.
Max occupancy is 2 adults. Children and babies are not permitted.
Electricity is metered in order to discourage A/C use with the doors and windows open. Guests are given an allowance of $150 per week for A/C usage, if that amount is exceeded guests pay the additional amount at cost. There are separate air conditioning systems in this holiday villa, so you only need to cool certain parts as needed. Miami Vice One gets a comfortable, almost constant trade wind, so it would be rare to exceed the AC allotment during your vacation.
