Villa 2 has 5 bedrooms and approximately 100 feet (30 meters) of private beachfront, accessed via private stairs carved in to the limestone cliff. Beach Enclave North Shore Villa 2 has a private beach deck with a tree canopy providing natural shade. The private beach deck also features a summer kitchen, outdoor shower and firepit.

Villa 2 has a fully equipped, top of the line, ocean-facing kitchen, with the option to hire a chef for one meal or even your entire stay. A private butler is also available to serve you for indoor or outdoor dining pleasure.

PAYMENT TERMS: Fifty percent (50%) payment of the total rate value, plus accommodation tax and service charge is due within three (3) days of the confirmed reservation. Full payment is due sixty (60) days prior to arrival from January 6 to December 17. If the reservation is made less than sixty (60) days prior to arrival, full payment of the total rate value, plus accommodation tax, service charge and facility fee is due within three (3) days of the confirmed reservation. For periods December 18 to January 5. Fifty percent (50%) payment of the total rate value, plus accommodation tax and service charge is due within three (3) days of the confirmed reservation. Full payment is due ninety (90) days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival, full payment of the total rate value, plus accommodation tax, service charge and facility fee is due within three (3) days of the confirmed reservation.
Payments are made by wire transfer only.
INCIDENTAL CHARGES: An on-property credit card authorization of US$200.00 per day will be held for villa incidental charges. If incidental charges total more than US$200 per day, the amount held will increase accordingly.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations more than sixty (60) days prior to arrival for periods January 6 to December 17 will receive a full refund on the deposit amount, less a US$250.00 administration fee. Cancellations made less than sixty (60) days prior to arrival for periods January 6 to December 17 will incur cancellation charges of one hundred percent (100%) of the total cost of the booking, all pre-payments will be forfeited. Cancellations more than ninety (90) days prior to arrival for periods December 18 to January 5 will receive a full refund on the deposit amount, less a US$250.00 administration fee. TRAVEL INSURANCE: We recommend that all guests obtain suitable travel insurance to guard against the cost of unexpected cancellations.
