This Turks and Caicos luxury villa rental is perfectly situated on an elevated lot on Long Bay Beach with spectacular views of the turquoise sea and 3 miles of soft, white, sandy beach at your doorstep.
Villa Isla has a 52ft (16m), infinity-edged swimming pool (pool heater optional), which is equally suitable for pure relaxation as it is for lap swimming. There is also a sun shelf at one end and a heated hot tub area at the other, both with the same stunning views of Long Bay.
The pool area is spacious with stylish loungers for soaking up the Caribbean sun, but also shaded areas with comfortable, contemporary furnishings for ultimate outdoor living.
This Turks and Caicos luxury holiday villa has a light and spacious Great Room, which combines the indoor living and dining areas, the media room with 52" flat panel television and the kitchen.
The exceptionally well appointed kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need while on vacation in the Turks and Caicos Islands. Villa Isla's kitchen also opens directly to a covered, outdoor grilling and dining terrace, which is perfect for al fresco dining. The indoor dining table seats ten comfortably.

- The Turks and Caicos government requires that 12% tax be paid on all vacation villa rentals and this cost must be added to your final payment.
- Minimum 7 nights stay.
- Rentals are offered on a Saturday to Saturday basis with exceptions sometimes being made for very short notice bookings.
- The air conditioning is metered in order to discourage use with the doors and windows open. You will not be charged for the first $500 of usage, but usage above this allowance will be charged at the current rate per kilowatt hour. There is a separate, easy to read, digital AC meter in the laundry room where you may monitor AC usage if you wish. There are 8 separate air conditioning systems in this Turks and Caicos holiday villa, so you only need to cool certain parts as needed.
