This luxury Dominican Republic villa rental is located within the famous Casa de Campo Resort near La Romana, which has four world-class golf courses. El Ingenio 9 offers 600 square meters (almost 6,500 square feet) of luxurious living space and the housekeeper and cook will ensure that your Dominican Republic vacation is perfect.

This Dominican Republic holiday villa enjoys an exceptionally privileged location in a quiet and calm avenue with unobstructed views over the Country Club Golf Course designed by Pete Dye. El Ingenio 9 is only a short distance from the private beach, marina and all of the Casa de Campo resort's other major amenities. The villa is surrounded by a lush, tropical garden and two green zones which accentuates the tranquility for your vacation.

El Ingenio 9’s swimming pool is 12 m long (almost 40 feet) and is heated December 15 to March 15. There is also a spacious jacuzzi next to the swimming pool. This Dominican Republic vacation rental has a private playground for children with trampoline, toboggan, babyfoot and table tennis. A snooker table is also available for your holiday pleasure.

Recently constructed the villa has 600 square meters (almost 6,500 square feet) of interior living space and comprises; an entrance hall with guest toilet, a charming patio with fountains and green plants, a living room of 80 square meters (860 square feet), a very large covered terrace with view over the golf course, an expansive fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, a formal dining room with seating for 10 people and 5 beautiful bedrooms.

El Ingenio 9 has a very spacious master bedroom suite with king-size bed, en suite bathroom with bath tub and shower, walk-in closet, outdoor private Jacuzzi and private terrace.

The second expansive bedroom also has a king-size bed, en suite bathroom with shower, large dressing room. There are three further guest rooms, each with two queen-size beds and en suite shower rooms.

All the bedrooms of this Dominican Republic villa rental have air-conditioning, ceiling fans and Cable TV with flat screens.

There is also a separate maid room with shower and toilet.

The rental price includes a full staff of housekeeper and cook and daily cleaning from 8.30am - 4.30pm.
