Acacia Villa Turks and Caicos Vacation Rental. Designed and built specifically for the wants and needs of vacationers, Acacia Villa offers a chance to feel what it would be like to have your own private home on Providenciales, a beautiful tropical island. Guests will enjoy the villa's open, airy feel and it's orientation allows the cooling tradewinds to keep the villa comfortable, plus all rooms have ceiling fans to provide additional cooling comfort. The covered veranda overlooking the pool provides guests an opportunity to enjoy the out of doors in comfort. Lush mature landscaping adds beauty to the pool area while providing total privacy for swimming and sunbathing while on holiday.
Your Secluded Luxury Vacation Retreat on Providenciales
Acacia Villa itself is private; the property walled and gated. Situated in the upscale residential community of Leeward on Providenciales (Provo) the vacation home has access to Leeward Canal and use of a boat dock, should you wish to rent a boat during your stay.
Several public beach accesses are available along Grace Bay Beach, the closest being one mile away. Leeward is a great location for walking, jogging and bike riding.
Within a 5 minute walk of Acacia Villa is Blue Haven Marina and Salt Bar and Grill. You can book dive trips, snorkelling, boat tours, kayaking, and eco–tours with Big Blue Unlimited. Take a full day/half day sailing excursion with Atabeyra Charters or book a sunset or glow worm cruise. More water sports and tours are available at Walkin Marina less than 2 miles distance. Walkin is home of the TCI Ferry Service to North and Middle Caicos.
A five minute drive will take you to the Graceway Gourmet supermarket, Provo Golf Club, Casablanca Casino; restaurants, such as Coyaba, Coco Bistro, Anacaona, Caicos Cafe, Opus, Grace’s Cottage, The Vix, Yoshis, Bella Luna, Parallel23, Garam Masala, Thai Orchid and many more plus shopping at Ports of Call, The Saltmills and The Regent Village.
Acacia Villa was designed for the comfort of two guests; everything you need is provided. The kitchen is well equipped with all conveniences including dishwasher, ice maker, microwave, coffee maker and blender. A gas BBQ grill is provided for grilling outside on the patio. You may choose to dine indoors in the comfortable dining area or outdoors on the poolside veranda surrounded by Tiki torches.
For entertainment the vacation villa features a 48” LCD widescreen TV with satellite DirecTV and iPod dock. A large library of books and a selection of over 400 DVDs await; all provided so you can laze away the evenings if you’ve had too much excitement in the day and want to simply relax.
Wireless internet access is free of charge so bring your iPad or laptop to stay in touch.
Beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler and umbrellas are available to take to the beach. Two single–person kayaks are provided for touring the Leeward canals.
Two air–conditioned bedrooms with queen size beds are located at opposite ends of the villa with ensuite baths for your privacy. Each is supplied with bed linens, towels and hair dryers. Both bedrooms open directly onto the veranda which overlooks the swimming pool. A maximum of two persons is intended.
For protection of your valuables the villa has a monitored security system and the Leeward community has on site security during the night time hours.
Acacia Villa is well maintained by the owners who reside close by. Long time island residents and publishers of Where When How Turks & Caicos Magazine and The Providenciales Dining Guide they can answer any questions you may have such as where to dine, where to shop, what are the best tours and excursions.
Smoking is not permitted in the villa. No pets. Adults only.
