Reef Beach House is an absolutely charming, Caribbean-styled beach house with an enviable location on the most peaceful stretch of one of the best beaches in the world - Grace Bay Beach, Providenciales (Provo). This Turks and Caicos vacation villa rental has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, very private swimming pool and is the perfect location for a family beach holiday. Reef Beach House can be rented as a 2 bedroom or 4 bedroom Caribbean holiday villa almost all year round.
The location of this Providenciales vacation villa could not be better. If you are looking for a vacation on a powder white sandy beach with warm, crystal clear sea, it's right in front of the house! Only steps away from superb snorkelling on Smith's Reef or you can walk for miles and miles along stunning Grace Bay Beach.
The Turtle Cove Marina with numerous restaurants and water activities (deep sea fishing, reef fishing, bone fishing, sail and powerboat charters, SCUBA, glass bottom boat, submarine, parasailing etc.) is only a short walk or very short drive away.
Reef Beach House is beautifully casual, unpretentious and has a very private swimming pool surrounded by lush, tropical landscaping. A Caribbean-styled beach house it features beamed ceilings and native stone, all complemented by tasteful furnishings and bright, cheerful decor. This Turks and Caicos beach villa rental also has tall louvered windows, which let the cooling ocean breezes in and provide stunning views of Grace Bay and the barrier reef.
The spacious, wrap-around decks are perfect for soaking up the Caribbean sun, sipping Caribbean cocktails, or dining under the stars. Reef Beach House has a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with showers. It is built as two separate structures - the main house and the guest house - which are connected by a raised wooden walkway.
The main house of this Providenciales beach house offers beautiful views of Grace Bay from every room. It includes a modest open concept kitchen, a casual comfortable living room, and two large bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, private bathroom and a comfortable seating area with a sofa and easy chair. The second bedroom in the main house features has a queen-size bed and private bathroom.
The guest house of this Turks and Caicos villa rental provides two additional bedrooms that share a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a queen-size bed and small kitchenette, and the other bedroom has a king-size bed.

- Minimum 7 nights stay.
- Reservations are Saturday to Saturday with exceptions sometimes being made for very short notice bookings.
- The air conditioning is metered in order to discourage use with the doors and windows open. You are not charged for the first $150 per week in usage, after which you will be charged at the current rate per kilowatt hour.
