- Rental rates are subject to an additional 8% VAT.
- Christmas/New Year - upon request special rates and conditions apply.
- All the rates are per villa, based on 8 people occupancy in a 4 bedroom villa (6 people in a 3 bedroom villa). Maximum occupancy for a 4 bedroom villa is 10 guests (8 guests in a 3 bedroom villa). Extra person charge $75.00 per day. Breakfast buffet in the main restaurant is included for all guests.
- IN-VILLA FOOD AND BEVERAGE PLANS (must be requested prior to arrival): In-villa breakfast $300.00 per day for up to 8 people. In-villa breakfast and lunch for villa guests $400.00 for up to 8 people. In-villa breakfast and dinner for villa guests $400.00 for up to 8 people. Breakfast, lunch and dinner for villa guests $450.00 for up to 8 people. Additional charge of $150.00 per day for groceries not included. Prices subject to change. Holiday periods subject to extra charges. The above services must be reserved no less than a week in advance to guarantee availability. Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance to avoid charges. Wines not included on the above prices.
- Cancellations must be made 45 days prior to arrival for stays from 2 January to 31 May and 2 November to 21 December. 30 days prior to arrival at any other time (except 21 December - 2 January) to qualify for a refund of deposit, minus 3 night cancellation penalty. 21 December to 2 January - 50% non refundable deposit at time of booking and full payment due by 1 November and is non refundable at that time. Any cancellations made within penalty will be charged 100% of the full stay.
